Live Scan Fingerprinting

LIVE SCAN applicant fingerprint service is available in the La Verne Police Department lobby on TUESDAYS FROM 12 NOON TO 8 PM AND WEDNESDAYS FROM 9:30 AM TO 1 PM; NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. Non-residents are welcome.

Required documentation:

• Completed Applicant Submission form (State Form 8016A) or a similar authorized form
• Picture identification (driver's license, CA idenfication card, passport, school ID, etc).

Rolling fee:

$20 (plus additional fees below)

Additional fees:

Amount of the additional fees CANNOT be determined until the applicant's Live Scan codes are entered into the computer. Following are SAMPLE additional fees (subject to change without notice):

State - $32 FBI - $24 Child Care - $25 Firearm - $25

Rolled ink fingerprints are available; blank fingerprint cards are provided by the La Verne Police Department. There is a rolling fee of $10 for the first card; $5 for each additional card. Picture identification (driver's license, CA identification card, passport, school ID, etc) is required.
